Chester Education Foundation (CEF) provides the following programs:
The Summer and School-year STEP program: for high school students who live in the Chester Upland school district communities. Students participate in year-round, PAID internships, academic enrichment, leadership training, college readiness and career exploration.
Blueprint for Success: to assist 18-24 year old youth with job readiness and placement in full-time employment.
Community Resource Hub: In-person assistance to Delaware County residents who seek help to connect with health, technology, and social services.
Delco Resources directory: an online directory of health and human services available to residents of Delaware County.
CEF also facilitates the Delaware County Communities That Care Network (CTC) which meets monthly to share information and collaborate on the implementation of evidence-based prevention in the Delaware County community.
