FSS is a social service agency operating in Philadelphia and Delaware County providing a variety of services to support and empower families. In Philadelphia, we provide child welfare services to families with children of all ages and early intervention services to families with children ages birth to 5. We provide center based intensive parent education, home visiting services for parents with children at risk of abuse and/or neglect; we provide education and therapeutic intervention to children with significant developmental delays both in a center based program as well as in the community. We have an inclusive preschool in West Philadelphia. In Delaware County, we provide before and after school programming for children in Haverford and Radnor Township Elementary Schools as well as half day kindergarten enrichment in Haverford Township.
